Chat-Api Terms of Service
1. Chat-Api is unofficial and independent of WhatsApp Inc.
2. Your account can be banned by anti-spam system WhatsApp after several clicking the "block" button.
3. Message files will be stored for 30 days and then deleted.
4. You agree not to use the Chat-Api service for spam and bulk messaging.
5. By authorizing the phone number (messenger account) in the Chat-Api service, you agree that Chat-Api will have full access to the authorized account in the messenger.
6. Chat-Api has the right to block your access to the service in case of violation of the "Public Agreement" or "Message Content Requirements".
7. Authorising your number you agree on our terms of service. We advise you to read our tips on using Chat-Api.
Cell phone where you have your WhatsApp number must be switched on and with internet access.
Chat-api requires your cell phone connected to synchronize messages. To reduce the consumption of your data, connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.
Usually there are 3 - 4 Whatsapp updates per year, affecting the work of the Chat API. Within 1 working day, we adapt the API to the changes.
