To create a new Page, visit https://www.facebook.com/pages/create
Enter a Page name, Category and Description.
Click the Create Page button.
Go to your Facebook page and click "Setting".
In the "General" menu look for "Page Verification" and answer the questions.
Instagram Direct Message
Instagram Professional Account linked to Facebook Page

Go to your profile page and click on the hamburger icon in the upper right corner.

Click on Settings.

For some accounts, the Switch to Professional Account option will be listed right below Settings.

Click on Account.

Click on Switch to Professional Account.

Click on Continue.

Select a Category for your business and tap Done.

Click on OK to confirm

Go to https://www.facebook.com/pages and log in to your Facebook account.

Click on Page you have created for linking to the Instagram account.

In left sidebar, scroll down and select Settings.

In left sidebar, scroll down and select Instagram.

Click on "Connect Account" button and log in to your Instagram Business (Professional) account.
Tips

When a user sends a message, a 24-hour conversation window opens. Within this window you can send messages to the user.

After 24 hours have elapsed since the user's last message, you will not be able to send any messages to the user.

Instagram Direct Message and Meta Messenger have their own limits according to the number of connected clients.
